At Sencha Tea Bar, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your loose-leaf tea or accessories, you may return unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your tea products are unopened with the original seal intact, or that your tea accessories are in their original packaging.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the provided shipping label, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our tea masters inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
